Portal 2 off to a bad start

I bought the eagerly-anticipated PC game Portal 2, and my first impressions aren't so good:

• lousy packaging (like an envelope)
• my game didn't come with the DVD! Fortunately with the code I can register on Steam and download it myself.

These are somewhat made up for by the fact one copy includes Windows and Mac versions.
