A vacuum airship

What's lighter than air?  Hot air, helium, hydrogen. What's even lighter than them? A vacuum. If we could make a shell that would withstand a vacuum inside, we could make a ship that floats based on vacuum! Not very practical, but pretty cool. Of course, such a ship would be abhorrent to Nature.
