CamelCase and ISO8601

I once thought of using capitalisation instead of spaces to fit more words into an SMS, I didn't know it was so popular and there was a Wikipedia article on it.

When I started taking a lot of pictures, I figured the best way to name them was the 8 digit number year month date (yyyymmdd). That way, sorting by name automatically sorts by date. Any other form of naming (d-m-y, spelling out the month) is useless when sorted by name. However, when I tried writing the date in this format, people didn't get it. I found out this method of naming is also an ISO standard:
