PayPal And Currency Exchange

It is said that PayPal's exchange rates aren't as good as your bank's - you'll save money by letting PayPal charge you a foreign currency, then letting your bank convert. I tested this out:

• EUR 10: PayPal SGD 17.22, bank SGD 17.12
• USD 15: PayPal SGD 19.66, bank SGD 19.63

So, it is slightly true, but only by 0.2 to 0.6%.
