I ate a lot of Bee Cheng Hiang's individually wrapped bak kwa during my holiday. It's a great snack: easy to keep, easy to eat, tastes great and nutritious. Their Singapore web site doesn't mention the nutritional information, but I bought another bag in Hong Kong, which does. I thought this would be useful, since I couldn't find it online (websites didn't specify what kind of bak kwa).
