This bug lets you bypass the lock screen to: access the phonebook, send email and see the camera roll. I've tried it, and it works just like in the video. I couldn't figure out how to access the camera roll though.
Looks like Apple's software is showing more holes. First the Snow Leopard bug that deleted all your data by accident now this.
