Printing in OS X

By default, OS X prints pages in reverse order: page 3, page 2, page 1. This actually makes more sense, since the pages come out face up, so after printing they're stacked correctly and ready for stapling. But it's so annoying, because I keep forgetting, and when I rearrange paper to print double-sided it prints on the wrong pages, and I end up having to throw all the paper away!
