We studied the spiral galaxy NGC1566 for our astronomy project. I think I was the least experienced in astronomy in my group. Anyway, this picture was taken using a 27.5 cm telescope in the R-band. We took many 30 second exposures and combined them. This image has been bias, dark current and flat-field corrected.
